用于锂电负极的稳定化金属锂粉技术进展

　　金属锂粉加入到锂离子电池负极材料中，可以提供独立锂源，增强电池的能量密度，提高循环寿命。金属锂粉的这些性能已在日本信越化学、韩国SKC Power Tech等的研究中得到证明。

　　金属锂粉有两种方式可以加入锂电负极中。一种是在负极材料制浆的过程中加入;另一种是涂在已经预制好的负极极片上。但由于普通锂粉在空气中会自燃，因此不能作为商品出售。

　　FMC公司的稳定化锂金属粉末(SLMP)在干燥环境中性质稳定，因而可以安全地存储和运输。SLMP具有改进的稳定性和储存寿命，可以应用于可充电电池的负极中。

　　By adding the lithium metal powder into the lithium-ion battery anode material, the independent of lithium source can be provided and the energy density as well as the cycle life of the battery can be improved. The features of lithium metal power have been proven by the studies of Japan’s Shin-Etsu Chemical, South Korea’s SKC the Power the Tech etc.

　　There are two ways for adding lithium metal powder into the lithium anode. First one is during the pulping process of anode material; second one is coated on the prepared anode piece.
